The story of the person whose fifteen-year vision became OPTi Foundation.

Founder’s Vision and Journey
Mr. Bahadur has been dedicated to teaching since 2005. Over the course of his teaching career, he has educated and guided thousands of students, contributing not only to their academic development but also to their personal and professional growth.
Alongside education, he has remained actively involved in social service and community-oriented initiatives. Through years of teaching, learning, observation, and engagement with society, he developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by people with disabilities and the barriers that often prevent them from reaching their full potential.
This understanding led him to a powerful vision: to create an institution where persons with disabilities are not viewed as less capable, but are empowered to become equally capable — and, in many areas, exceptional.
His vision is to build a place where persons with disabilities can access the right education, skills, knowledge, technology, opportunities, and professional environment required to compete confidently with anyone in society — a place where disability is not treated as a limitation, but where ability, talent, intelligence, and potential are recognized and developed to their fullest extent.
For nearly fifteen years, he carried this vision with determination, continuously studying, understanding social realities, exploring possibilities, and working toward transforming the idea into something practical and sustainable. What began as a personal vision gradually evolved into a larger institutional mission: to create an inclusive ecosystem where persons with disabilities can learn, grow, become self-reliant, pursue meaningful careers, and contribute confidently to society.
“This long-standing vision ultimately became the foundation for establishing OPTi Foundation—an institution built around the belief that every individual possesses potential, and that with the right opportunities, environment, education, and support, that potential can be transformed into achievement.”
